RETURNS

We will happily accept returns for items purchased from nakedwardrobe.com. Our team will issue a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) to your original method of payment for all eligible returned merchandise.

All returns must include a filled out NW Returns Form to ensure swift processing by our team. DOWNLOAD OUR RETURNS FORM HERE.

FINAL SALE items are not eligible to be returned and will be rejected by our Returns Department. This includes:
  • International orders (except orders shipped to Canada)
  • All Items purchased on Sale or with a Promo/Discount Code.
  • Intimates, BODYSUITS*, and Swimwear.
  • All accessories

*A jumpsuit/romper is not considered a bodysuit and is eligible for return if it was purchased at full/original price. Bodysuits have a bottom snap closure and will have the word “bodysuit” in the name of the item.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE AND DO NOT GET MAKEUP, SELF TANNER, DEODORANT, PET HAIR OR ANY OTHER STAIN ON YOUR NEW CLOTHES WHEN TRYING THEM ON. ITEMS RETURNED WITH UNREPORTED DAMAGE OR FINAL SALE ITEMS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF $25.

We do not offer free returns at this time. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, which is non-refundable. Returns must be postmarked/shipped within fifteen (15) days of receipt. All Returns must be shipped to the following address:

In person return drop-offs will not be accepted. Also, we are not responsible for any non Naked Wardrobe merchandise returned to us - such items will be discarded upon receipt.

Be sure to use a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Be sure to keep a record of your return tracking number as we will request it if you’d like us to check the status of your return.

We kindly ask that you please allow up to 7 - 14 business days for your return to be processed from the day we receive your package. This does not include nights, weekends and holidays. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment provided at checkout.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, Naked Wardrobe does not process exchanges at this time. If you would like to receive a different size or item, a new order would need to be placed.

Additionally, we cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed. If you happen to order the wrong color, size or style, you will need to return the item to our facility after you receive it in order to be refunded. If this occurs with an item that is considered FINAL SALE, please notify our team by emailing us at info@nakedwardrobe.com.

DAMAGES + INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item(s) arrives damaged or you received the wrong item(s), please email your order number along with a brief message and photo(s) of the damaged/incorrect item to info@nakedwardrobe.com within seven (7) days of receipt. Please be sure to hold onto your item(s) until you’ve heard back from our Customer Service Team! Naked Wardrobe will happily cover your return shipping cost, if applicable.
