Merchandise must be returned within 15 days from the delivery date.

Merchandise must be eligible for return. Final Sale items will NOT be accepted.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.

Merchandise must have all tags attached.

Check your items OUTSIDE and INSIDE for stains such as deodorant, makeup, etc.

Check your items OUTSIDE and INSIDE for pet hair or any other hair/fuzz.

Make sure items are free of any fragrances or odors.

Make sure items are neatly and securely packed and appear in their original condition.

Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep tracking details for your records.

How can I exchange?

Unfortunately, Naked Wardrobe does not process any exchanges, but we will be happy to process a return for you. If you would like to receive a different size or item, a new order would need to be placed.

If the item is FINAL SALE, your item is NOT eligible for return.

I received a damaged and/or incorrect item. What do I do?

Why did I not get a full refund for my order?

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Why was I refunded for less than what I paid for my item?

Our Returns Department fully inspects all items for stains (e.g. makeup, self tanner, deodorant), pet hair or any other hair, fragrance or any other scents, and rips/any other defects or wear. If a return item is determined as damaged, a 20% fee will be deducted from your return amount.

Is a Jumpsuit/Romper considered a Bodysuit?

A jumpsuit/romper is not considered a bodysuit and is eligible for return if purchased at full/original price. Bodysuits that are Final Sale are bodysuits with a bottom snap closure and will have the word “bodysuit” in the name of the item.

What else should I know about the Return Policy?

All returned packages must include a completed return form to avoid processing delays.

Please allow 7-14 business days from the day we receive your return for it to be processed. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment provided at checkout.

Merchandise returned outside of the return window will not be accepted.

In person drop-offs will not be accepted.
